Cancellation, Refund and Substitution Policy: All registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by July 2, 2021 to [email protected]. No refunds will be granted for requests received or postmarked on or after July 3, 2021. Once access to any sessions has been granted, no refunds will be available.
Transfers of registrations are permitted prior to the convention by written request to [email protected].
Registration Payments: All early registrations must be paid in full by July 2, 2021. If full payment for registration is not received by July 3, 2021, the registration will be canceled.
Special Offers/Discount Codes: Use of discount codes is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase.
Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.
Confirmation: If you register online, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of your registration from TSCRA. If you choose to pay by check please use this confirmation as an invoice to send with your check.
