Jason Bagley is the vice president of beef resources at Texas Beef Council (TBC). In his current role, Jason serves TBC in the areas of beef quality assurance, international marketing and research.
He has always enjoyed working with beef and wanted to share it with others. This led him to Texas A&M University to earn a bachelor’s degree in animal science and then a master’s in meat science. Before joining TBC, Jason was the assistant manager at Texas A&M University’s Rosenthal Meat Science Center, where he conducted meat science research and helped coordinate youth and adult educational programs.
San Antonio is home for Jason, his wife Cyndy and their three children, Travis, Pierce and Barrett. They enjoy camping, fishing, playing sports and spending time together on the coast. Jason shares his passion for being outdoors with other youth by volunteering with the Texas Youth Hunting Program as a hunt master and the McAllister Park Little League as a coach. Jason is also a member of the American Meat Science Association.
