Where is the event held?
The 2024 Cattle Raisers Convention and Expo will be at the Fort Worth Convention Center at 1201 Houston Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102. Click here for a map.
What is included in a full registration?
A full registration includes tickets and admission to all events and meetings including the Keynote Speaker, General Sessions, School for Successful Ranching, Demo Area, Cattle Raisers Dinner and Dance, Saturday Late Night Party, Cattle Raisers Expo, and Expo Lunches.
What does a Friday Meeting Registration include?
This registration includes all meetings on Friday, Demo Area, and Expo. This registration does NOT include meals or any Saturday meetings.
What does a Saturday Meeting Registration include?
This registration includes all meetings on Saturday including the Keynote Session, Demo Area, and Expo. This registration does NOT include meals, Friday meetings or the Cattle Raisers Dinner and Dance, or Saturday Late Night Party.
If I register for an Expo Only Pass, what do I have access to?
An Expo Only Pass gets you access only to the Expo and Demo Area. This registration does NOT include general sessions, meetings, School for Successful Ranching or meals. You do have access to the live demonstrations on the Expo floor.
Is there a student discount available?
Yes. Use the discount code STUDENT for free Expo and School for Successful Ranching access. Student ID must be presented upon registration.
How do I register as a member of the media?
To register as media, please email your name, publication name and reach and details about your assignment to [email protected].
Is the registration based on an individual or a couple?
The registration is based on an individual basis. Each person will need to register separately.
How can I see the Keynote address?
Just complete a full registration or a Saturday Meeting Registration to see this great speaker. All attendees will be scanned into this session to ensure proper registration options have been purchased.
How do I get a ticket to the Cattle Raisers Dinner and Dance?
Just register for a full registration or purchase a dance ticket. Purchase soon because these tickets will sell out!
When will registration be open so I can pick up my badge?
Thursday, March 21: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday, March 22: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 23: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
What are the Expo hours?
Friday, March 22: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 23: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
I can’t make it anymore. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available until March 1, 2024 after which no refunds will be provided.
Is there a hotel block discount available?
Yes, attendees can access our hotel room block discount through our registration system. Reservations on our hotel block cannot be made directly through the hotel, only through the convention registration site.

I called the hotel and they said they can’t find my reservation.
TSCRA holds your reservation in our system until March 1, at which point it is sent to the hotel and you will be charged one night’s room and tax.
What if I need to cancel my hotel room?
There’s no cancelation fee before March 1, 2024. You can update your reservation by logging onto your registration profile or by emailing [email protected]. After March 1, you will need to cancel your room directly with the hotel and will be subject to their cancelation fee.

HOTEL PIRATES AND APPROVED VENDORS
Housing Piracy is a dangerous issue throughout the convention industry and TSCRA does not want you to be a victim. Please protect yourself and avoid anyone posing as a housing company for TSCRA’s Annual Convention Weekend as they ARE NOT approved by the organization. There is a real risk of losing your deposit, credit card information and having no room available upon arrival if you book using their fraudulent services. Exercise caution so you do not put yourself at risk. Only book your reservation with the links TSCRA provides to ensure your room is safely secured in one of our official hotels.
