How do I register for a booth?
Login here to select your top three booth locations. Our team will review your request and confirm your spot soon! You can view the current 2026 expo floorplan here.
How much does a booth cost?
Standard 10’ x 10’ booth space is $1,200. Premium 10′ x 10′ space is $1,600. View the current expo floorplan and pricing options here.
What does my booth cost include?
Your booth purchase includes convention badges, one 8-foot-tall back panel, two 3-foot-tall side panels, a sign with the company name and a garbage can in the booth space.
Tables, chairs, carpet, electricity, Wi-Fi and meals are not included in the booth purchase and may be purchased separately.
How do I register and book my hotel room?
Exhibitor registration and hotel rooms reservations can be made starting January 5. All exhibitors must register to attend the Cattle Raisers Convention & Expo.
Advanced exhibitor registration is free (excluding meals and add on options). Exhibitor on-site registration is $25 per exhibitor.
If you would like to add on meals or the dinner and dance, you can do so during the “Individual Tickets and Add-Ons” page on the registration website.
When do I need to pay for my booth?
Full booth payment is due by March 1, 2026. Unpaid booths will be released after this date. On-site booth payments are not allowed.
All invoices are sent via email. Please contact [email protected] if you need an invoice resent.
What happens if I need to cancel my booth?
Cancelations must be made in writing to TSCRA by March 1, 2026 in order to receive a refund.
How do I order furniture, carpet, electricity, wifi, lead retrieval, or AV?

May I unload my own personally operated vehicle?
Yes, exhibitors may unload, move and set up their own materials or booths at no charge. Use of motorized material handling equipment such as forklifts is prohibited. Hand trucks and dollies are permitted.
Does TSCRA provide labor to help unload, move, or set up materials or booths?
No, each exhibitor is responsible for setting up and tearing down their own booth.
Where can I park my trailer?
TSCRA has reserved trailer parking at Dickies Arena (3500 Trail Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76107). Additional information will be provided at move-in.
